This form is fully customisable.
After the volunteer form is submitted the following options are available:
- Send opt-in confirmation email before contact is added
- Add contact to the volunteer group
- Check for duplicate and warn, update or create duplicate
- Open a case for a volunteer assessment process
- Redirect to a thank you page with further instructions
- Ask for further engagement (sign petitions) on the thank you page
